Print & Frame Information

You may purchase this design as a framed print, stretched canvas, as a print only or printed on metal. Each option is described below:

Print Only:

If you choose the "Print Only" option, you will receive an unframed print of your order. The paper we use to print on is 200 GSM museum-quality, thick, durable, matte paper (non-reflective & non-glossy). The inks we use are high-quality and UV protected, they will last a lifetime. This option is commonly chosen by those who wish to frame the design themselves. "Print Only" orders are shipped rolled in ultra-tough tubes.

Stretched Canvas:

If you choose the "Stretched Canvas" option, your order printed of high-quality canvas material, gallery-wrapped, and stretched around a wooden frame that is sustainably sourced (FSC certified).

We use premium-grade, 360gsm canvas material.

Gallery-wrapped on a 4cm deep wooden frame.

Stretched Canvas orders are shipped with a mounting kit included.

Metal Print:

If you choose the "Metal Print" option, your order will be printed on a metal aluminum dibond, which looks amazing and lasts a lifetime.

It is very lightweight and well-suited also for large sizes. The material is matte and glare-free. The white and bright areas have a faint gloss sheen.

Black Frame & White Frame:

If you choose the "Black Frame" or "White Frame" option, your order will be printed to the same specifications described in the "Print Only" section. After printing, your order will be professionally framed.

Our frames are made from Alder semi-hard wood. It is flat-edged and comes fitted with a plexiglass window (plastic glass). This is to prevent breakage while in transit.

The design will fill the frame window, edge-to-edge. Your frame will arrive ready to hang.

We do not offer Framed Prints in "8x12 inch" or "28x40 inch" size frames.

How long will my order take?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 2 - 5 days after it is dispatched. We send exclusively with FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across North America & Europe. This is tracked, insured and sent by either FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL Service. We also ship to all other global locations for $20 flat rate.

What is your returns policy?

Once you receive your order, if you're not happy - for any reason - you can return your order for full refund. We'll send you free, pre-paid return shipping label to return your item to us for free. Once we receive it back and we're happy that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 24 hours.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 1 - 5 days after dispatch, depending on your distance from Melbourne.

We send exclusively with Australia Post and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit to you, then WE are responsible and will either issue a full refund or replacement. If you have not received your item within 10 working days of ordering, please be in touch and we will do our best to help.
